An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Sales Lead Coordinator to join Edward Howell Galvanizers Ltd in Wednesfield (West Midlands).
We are part of Wedge Group Galvanizing, a successful family-owned business offering secure employment to its employees for over 150 years.
We have 15 sites nationwide and apply corrosion protection to all the steel you regularly see around you such as street furniture, lampposts, bridge beams and even football stadiums through our galvanizing process.

What’s the role?
As a Sales Lead Coordinator you will be working closely with the Sales Manager and your main responsibilities include:
- To call a list of past and potential customers.
- Work through a call list to generate potential contacts and leads for the Sales Manager
- Create a log of information on the customers
- Develop relationships with contacts
- Update Company CRM on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate records for future use
- Develop the role
Who would suit this role?
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can work both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
You will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or coordinator role would be advantageous. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Hours?
You will be working 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday inclusive.
These can be worked flexibility between the hours of 09:00 – 16:00 depending on business needs and can be a mix of office and hybrid working.
