We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who can bring out the best in our Bromley team and turn great customer service into strong sales results.
About the role
You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team and keep the store running smoothly. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be on the shop floor, supporting customers, coaching colleagues and setting the standard through your own sales and service.
You’ll enjoy this role if you’re motivated by targets, comfortable taking responsibility and able to keep your team positive and focused during a busy day.
What you’ll do
- Deliver excellent personal sales results and show the team what great service looks like
- Coach colleagues to understand each bride’s needs, make confident recommendations and close sales
- Monitor sales and KPIs, recognise opportunities and take practical action to improve results
- Give clear feedback, celebrate achievements and support colleagues who need help
- Help organise the team and daily store operations to deliver a smooth, welcoming customer experience
- Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence
