As a Senior Bridal Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every bride, along with their entourage, experiences the highest level of customer service. You will be guiding them in their search for the dress of their dreams and act as a role model to inspire your team.
We are the global leader in the affordable luxury bridal retail market, with 98% of our customers telling us they would recommend us to other brides.
Your day at wed2b will provide a wealth of variety and challenges, all while setting the standard for your team and offering ongoing coaching and development. You might find yourself opening and closing the store, providing expert styling services to brides, or skilfully recommending additional products to support our sales targets.
Ideally, you will thrive in a target driven environment, have a real enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding sales targets, a keen eye for styling, and a genuine passion for luxury fashion. You will have proven experience of working in an environment where customer service is central to everything you do.
