We’re a dynamic, growth-focused company seeking a marketing expert to drive our data and tech strategies, helping us captivate brides across the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany.
We’re looking for a Marketing Technology & Insights Manager to lead our CRM revolution, harness cutting-edge marketing platforms, and deliver data-driven strategies that fuel our growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things data and tech, collaborating with our talented marketing team to elevate our brand.
What you’ll do:
- Lead CRM Innovation: Use data segmentation to map customer journeys and create impactful communications for our brides.
- Drive Platform Integration: Spearhead the onboarding of a new marketing platform to supercharge customer insights and acquisition.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Provide weekly/monthly data reports to the Managing Director, shaping our marketing strategy with tools like Google Analytics.
- Manage Agencies: Oversee SEO and Paid advertising agencies, ensuring top performance across Google Adwords and META Ads Manager campaigns.
- Support Growth: Optimize e-commerce platforms, manage multi-territory campaigns, and collaborate with the team to boost market share.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Adwords (PPC), META Ads Manager, Email Marketing CRM, and SEO optimisation.
- Multi-territory management experience, including e-commerce optimisation across diverse markets.
- Agency management (SEO and Paid advertising) experience involving onboarding new marketing platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with our marketing team and contribute to overall growth.
- Experience in a similar marketing generalist role, with a passion for data and technology.
- A proactive attitude, demonstrated through past projects where they’ve taken initiative, such as contributing to a marketing platform rollout or driving a successful campaign.
