Einer Deiner Kollegen wird sie weiter bei der Suche nach ihrem Traumkleid unterstützen. In der Zwischenzeit unterstützt Du das Team auf der Verkaufsfläche, arbeitest eng mit dem Store Manager zusammen, um einige administrative Aufgaben zu erledigen, und wenn der Laden richtig voll ist, beschließt Du, selbst Bräute in den Umkleidekabinen einzukleiden. Am Ende des Tages gibt der Store Manager eure Umsätze bekannt. Was für ein erfolgreicher Tag, mit glücklichen Bräuten und einem erstaunlichen Umsatzergebnis! Als Stellvertretender Filialleiter/in bist Du ein Vorbild und verantwortlich für die kaufmännische Leistung und den Betrieb des Stores in Abwesenheit des Store Managers. Unterstützt Du das Team auf der Verkaufsfläche, führst Schulungen durch und bist für die Lager- und Bankprozesse zuständig. Kleidest Du die Bräute in den Umkleidekabinen ein und stellst gemeinsam mit ihnen ihr Traumbrautkleid zusammen. Arbeitest Du sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team, um die Verkaufsziele des Stores zu erreichen. Außerdem arbeitest Du eng mit dem Store- und Regional Manager zusammen, um die KPIs und die Entwicklung des Stores zu überwachen.
