Het is zaterdag. De eerste bruid stapt enthousiast de WED2B winkel binnen met haar entourage. Je verwelkomt haar en legt ons concept uit. Eén van je collega’s zal haar verder begeleiden in de zoektocht naar haar droomjurk. Ondertussen zorg jij ervoor dat het team ondersteund wordt op de werkvloer, werk je samen met de store manager aan een aantal administratieve taken en wanneer het druk wordt, besluit je om in te springen in de paskamers. Aan het einde van de dag, maakt de store manager jullie omzet bekend. Wat een succesvolle dag, met blije bruiden en een fantastische omzet! - heb je een voorbeeldfunctie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële performance en het runnen van de winkel tijdens afwezigheid van de store manager.
- ondersteun je het team op de werkvloer, geef je training, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorraad en de bank administratie.
- kleed je bruiden in de paskamers en stylet samen de jurk tot haar droomjurk.
- werk je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband om de verkoopdoelstellingen van de WED2B winkel te behalen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met store manager en regiomanager aan de KPI’s en ontwikkeling van de winkel.
