THE ROLE
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager , you’ll take ownership of the full digital marketing strategy , leading everything from Paid Social, Paid Search and CRM to Organic Social, SEO and Digital PR . You’ll drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth, own the marketing calendar, oversee budgets and constantly optimise performance across ROAS, CPA, conversion and LTV . It’s a brilliant mix of big-picture strategy and hands-on execution , with the freedom to identify new channels, test new ideas and make a measurable impact on growth.
THE PERSON
The perfect Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be commercial, data-led and seriously switched on when it comes to ecommerce growth . You’ll ideally have 5+ years of digital marketing experience within ecommerce, fashion, retail or consumer brands , with strong multi-channel knowledge and the confidence to balance strategy with getting stuck into the detail. If you understand what makes customers click, convert and come back — and you’re excited by building smarter, higher-performing digital marketing — this could be a huge next move.
