This is a UX Designer role focused on a major fashion retailer’s app, sitting in its Digital team and pitched at senior product designer level. You’ll own end-to-end UX and UI for native iOS and Android journeys, working in app squads alongside product managers, engineers and data specialists. The timing makes it a rare opportunity: the app launched in the UK recently, and the business is now making a major move into ecommerce. That means the app is about to grow from a companion for store visits into a full shopping app, with basket, checkout, delivery tracking and returns all to design.

The person
They’re looking for a designer with five or more years’ experience, ideally having designed and shipped native iOS and Android apps at scale for a consumer brand. They’ll be an expert in Figma, comfortable building components and variants within a design system, and confident using data, analytics and testing to shape and improve their work. Accessibility and inclusive design should come naturally, and they’ll care about joining up the experience across app, web and stores. Just as importantly, they’ll be a strong collaborator and communicator who can explain design decisions to senior stakeholders, mentor more junior designers, and bring curiosity about new approaches, including the responsible use of AI in design.
