The Role
You will be responsible for driving the digital sales performance and commercial success within luxury. You will be leading a team, developing and executing a data-driven digital trading strategy aligned with brand and business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Forecasting revenue and profit
- Analysing performance to inform strategic decisions
- Optimising on-site experiences to improve conversion and customer journey
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, leading campaign planning and execution to ensure effective delivery of promotions and key trading moments. Working closely with Digital Marketing, Product, and UX teams, the manager ensures cohesive strategies across all digital channels and contributes to the prioritisation of digital development roadmaps. As a people leader, they build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, set clear goals, and represent Digital Trading across the business to drive alignment and achieve digital KPIs.

Highly analytical yet creative, you’re skilled at interpreting data to make strategic decisions that drive revenue and enhance customer experience. You understand the nuances of luxury retail and are comfortable managing promotions, launches, and category performance in fast-paced environments. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven, you’re ready to shape the next stage of digital growth - blending heritage values with forward-thinking innovation to deliver exceptional online experiences.
