The Brand: One of the UK's most celebrated luxury skincare brands, a British-founded, globally recognised name that has built an exceptional reputation for results-driven skincare and premium in-store experiences. Operating across physical retail, spas, digital channels and international markets, the business sits within a major international beauty group and continues to invest heavily in its customer experience, technology infrastructure and global growth agenda. This is a brand that takes its in-store experience as seriously as its products and is now looking to ensure its retail technology matches the premium world it has built.

The Person: They are looking for an experienced Retail Product Owner or Product Manager who genuinely understands how in-store customer journeys work in practice, not just in theory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with retail technology platforms such as POS, booking systems or clienteling tools, alongside a strong CRM and customer data background. Critically, they need to be comfortable operating as the bridge between commercial and technical teams, translating what store teams and customers need into clear, deliverable product requirements. Experience in luxury, beauty or wellness retail is strongly preferred, as is a track record of managing external vendors and implementation partners through complex technology delivery.

The Role: Reporting into the Head of Digital IT, this is a genuinely strategic Retail Product Owner position responsible for leading the transformation of the in-store customer experience from a technology perspective. The remit covers the full in-store journey from booking and check-in through consultation, treatment, checkout and rebooking, as well as the integration of customer data captured in store into the CRM for future personalisation and clienteling. The role owns the retail technology roadmap, shapes omnichannel capabilities and works closely with cross-functional teams across Retail, CRM, Education, Operations and IT, as well as external vendors and development teams. Based at a prestigious central London head office on a hybrid basis.
