The Role – Product Design Lead: You will lead product design across ecommerce platforms, shaping the UX vision and delivering high-quality, commercially impactful experiences. This is a leadership role combining design strategy, team leadership and hands-on influence across Product, Engineering and Data.

  • Define and drive UX across web and app
  • Own and evolve the design system
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Designers
  • Embed research, testing and experimentation
  • Improve conversion, engagement and overall experience
  • Shape AI-enabled and future-facing customer journeys
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business

The Person: Proven design leadership in ecommerce environments. Track record of driving commercial impact through UX. Strong experience with design systems and scalable experiences. Confident leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders. Able to simplify complex journeys and systems into intuitive UX. Exposure to AI-enabled experiences a plus.
