This is a rare opportunity to build a retail function from the ground up. The Head of Retail will take full ownership of the brand’s physical retail strategy—leading the launch, management, and scaling of stores and pop-ups across key locations. From identifying the right spaces and designing standout store experiences, to recruiting teams and delivering on commercial targets, this is a role with serious impact.
The position will work closely with the Founders and leadership team, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Commercial acumen will be key—they’ll be responsible for retail P&L, team performance, customer data insights, and continual optimisation to ensure stores are not just beautiful, but profitable.
The ideal candidate will bring proven senior-level retail experience, ideally from a high-growth, founder-led, or digitally-native brand. They’ll be both visionary and operational, with a strong sense of what it takes to create high-performing, brand-led retail environments that truly connect with customers.
They’ll have a track record of opening and scaling stores, building and leading exceptional teams, and creating retail strategies that drive both revenue and brand affinity. Agile, entrepreneurial and deeply customer-focused, this person will be energised by the opportunity to shape the future of retail for a brand on the rise.
