The Role
We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution across the full customer journey.
You'll own the marketing calendar, oversee integrated campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, CRM, organic social and digital PR, and use data‑driven insights to optimise performance and maximise ROI.
Working closely with ecommerce, creative and leadership teams, you'll balance strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly while driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
The Person
You’ll be an experienced digital marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering commercial growth within ecommerce, retail or consumer brands.
Equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns, you’ll be highly organised, analytical and commercially focused.
You’ll have strong knowledge of paid social, paid search, SEO, CRM and digital analytics, with the confidence to manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders and lead a small team in a fast‑paced, ambitious environment.
