The Role

As a CRM Executive, you’ll take ownership of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS and automated journeys. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention and loyalty, delivering highly personalised and engaging campaigns. Working closely with ecommerce, brand and creative teams, you’ll analyse performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimise campaigns to drive engagement, revenue and long-term customer value.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ CRM experience who enjoys both the creative and analytical side of marketing.
