Reporting into the CRM Manager and working closely with the Paid Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and optimising multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. You will help drive customer engagement through personalised and data-led campaigns, support segmentation strategies, and ensure all messaging is aligned with the wider trade and marketing plans. This is a key role for someone passionate about CRM best practices and looking to make an impact in a high-growth retail environment.
You have experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related role—ideally within fashion, retail, or beauty.
