The Company:

WeComm have partnered with an incredible technology-led, multi-brand retailer who offer a range of menswear, womenswear, footwear, homeware and lifestyle products globally. The customer are at the core of everything and they’re currently undergoing some major initiatives to elevate their omnichannel customer experience.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to for a commercially minded Product Manager with a background in retail to help the brand connect with customers, maximise business value and deliver seamless digital journeys.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

  • Own product discovery across web and mobile app, identifying opportunities that drive customer and business value.
  • Collaborate with the senior stakeholders to shape and deliver the product roadmap.
  • Understand and communicate customer needs and business goals across teams.
  • Prioritise features and improvements based on data, insight, and impact.
  • Lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace.
  • Translate strategy into clear Agile requirements and user stories.
  • Ensure quality across all releases and hold delivery partners to agreed standards.
  • Define, monitor and act on key product performance and health metrics.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous optimisation within your squad.

The Person:

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded product manager with experience in e-commerce and a strong sense of customer centricity. You will be working closely with software engineers, QA and delivery teams meaning you must have a strong technical understanding.

  • Solid understanding of E-commerce and has a background in this area, not fully accountable but should have a focus on trade and maximising company KPIs.
  • Track record or working on and delivering complex projects and product enhancements that have had a direct impact to either the business or the customer.
  • Understand and have experience working within agile frameworks, be comfortable with the processes and always strive to inspect, adapt and improve.
  • Have knowledge of omnichannel and be keen to learn how to improve these areas.
  • Experience in experimentation and solid understanding of A/B testing processes and frameworks.
  • Be able to work across the business with stakeholders, understand their needs and communicate this into tech teams as requirements and scope.
  • Background in product management.
