The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to take ownership of the digital merchandising strategy. Responsible for optimising the onsite product journey, the successful candidate will lead trading decisions, category management, and promotional execution to drive conversion and revenue. Working cross-functionally with marketing, trading, and UX teams, they will ensure the online store reflects brand values while delivering a seamless and inspiring customer experience across all devices.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce merchandising within a fast-paced retail or consumer goods environment. Analytical and commercially astute, they’ll be confident using data and trading insights to make decisions that improve performance and user experience. Experience with ecommerce platforms and CMS tools is essential, as is a collaborative approach and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
