As a Digital Trading Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the trading performance of multiple European eCommerce sites, with full ownership of sales, conversion, customer engagement and commercial delivery. The Digital Trading Manager will develop and execute trading plans, oversee promotional activity, analyse site performance and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth. Working closely with teams across Digital Marketing, CRO, UX, Merchandising and Analytics, you'll play a key role in shaping both short-term trading initiatives and long-term digital strategy. This is a highly visible position offering the opportunity to influence major business decisions whilst managing and developing a high-performing team.
