Responsibilities
As CRM Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey across email, loyalty and retention marketing. You’ll lead the charge on CRM strategy: owning segmentation, lifecycle journeys and campaign performance across key customer touchpoints. Working closely with digital, creative and analytics teams, you\’ll bring together data and brand storytelling to drive loyalty, repeat purchase and long-term customer value. This is a key role at the heart of an ambitious eCommerce and brand team, with huge opportunity for impact.
Qualifications
You’re a customer-first thinker who combines analytical precision with creative energy. You know CRM is more than just emails it’s about building meaningful brand relationships. You have experience with platforms like Salesforce or Bloomreach, you’re comfortable owning complex customer journeys and you\’re always looking to test, learn, and improve. Experience in fashion, retail or beauty is a bonus and a love of bold branding won’t go amiss.
