The Role
- As a CRM Executive, you’ll take ownership of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS and automated journeys.
- You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention and loyalty, delivering highly personalised and engaging campaigns.
- Working closely with ecommerce, brand and creative teams, you’ll analyse performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimise campaigns to drive engagement, revenue and long-term customer value.
The Person
- This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ CRM experience who enjoys both the creative and analytical side of marketing.
- You’ll be confident using platforms like Klaviyo, with a strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing and campaign optimisation.
