My client, a premium fashion brand based in Manchester are looking for a Head of Creative to join and spearhead the new creative direction moving forward. This role will be pivotal in managing a team, digital design, art direction and partnering with the Brand Director on innovative conception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing creative and content team.
  • You will produce initial art direction briefs, which can then be built out into campaigns across
  • Working with the Assistant Brand Director to develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy, delivering comprehensive campaign decks for key stakeholder engagement and toolkits to ensure seamless execution across all channels and platforms.
  • Lead the development of a holistic, 360° creative strategy that engages audiences across all platforms.
  • You will be responsible for coming up with brand elevating concepts, pitching, and presenting ideas to key stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • 5 -8 years of commercial experience in a retail, fashion or ecommerce environment.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated with excellent communication skills and an assured and articulate approach when presenting ideas.
  • Skilled in creatively challenging a brief to ensure high quality work is produced.
  • Strong understanding and experience with the creative process and how to evaluate creative output in design, art direction, and copy.
  • Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
