This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for bringing together brand marketing, creative content, digital trading and customer lifecycle into one unified customer function. Shaping brand identity and storytelling, leading content production, and driving digital trading performance through a well-executed commercial calendar. Working cross-functionally, you’ll optimise eCommerce performance, enhance CRM and lifecycle activity, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience across online and in-store.
With ownership of budgets, partners and performance metrics, you will balance long-term brand building with short-term revenue growth, using data and insight to continuously improve results.
You are a commercially minded marketing leader with a strong track record across brand and eCommerce, ideally within retail or a consumer-led environment. Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, you bring experience in content creation, campaign delivery and digital trading, alongside a deep understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle and performance marketing. You are highly data literate, confident using insight to inform decisions and drive growth, and experienced in leading cross-functional teams and external partners. Collaborative, organised and customer-first in your thinking, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by delivering both exceptional brand experiences and measurable commercial outcomes.
