As an Email Developer, you will play a key role in bringing CRM campaigns and customer experiences to life through high-quality front-end email development.
Working closely with CRM, Creative and Marketing teams, you will build and maintain modular, reusable email templates that support scalable and efficient campaign delivery across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing responsive HTML emails
- Configuring and assembling CRM campaigns
- Implementing dynamic content and personalisation
- Supporting audience segmentation and targeted customer journeys
- Building and maintaining modular, reusable email components
- Working with existing HTML and email scripting
About you
You will ideally have previous experience as an Email Developer, CRM Developer or Email Production Specialist, preferably within retail, fashion, ecommerce or another consumer-focused environment.
You will have strong knowledge of responsive HTML email development, modular template architecture and email production best practices, alongside experience working with dynamic content and personalisation.
You should be comfortable:
- Working with HTML and CSS
- Updating and troubleshooting existing email code
- Building scalable and reusable email components
- Working with dynamic content and personalisation
- Supporting CRM campaigns and customer journeys
- Collaborating with CRM, Creative, Marketing and Technical teams
- Working in a fast-paced campaign environment
- Maintaining a meticulous eye for detail and quality
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an Email Developer, CRM Developer or Email Production Specialist
- Strong HTML and CSS skills for responsive email development
- Experience building and maintaining modular, reusable email templates
- Understanding of email scripting and dynamic content
- Experience supporting personalised CRM campaigns and customer journeys
- Strong QA, testing and troubleshooting skills across devices and email clients
