We are looking for a
CRM Executive to join the team on an inital 6 month contact to support the delivery of a high-volume CRM programme across key trading periods.
This is a hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of email campaigns, from campaign build and audience selection through to quality assurance, scheduling and reporting.
You will work closely with creative, brand, trading and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.

About the Role
- Building, setting up and scheduling email campaigns within a CRM platform.
- Managing audience selection, segmentation, dynamic content and personalisation.
- Conducting thorough QA across copy, links, rendering, personalisation and tracking.
- Coordinating creative, copy and asset requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Managing the day-to-day CRM calendar, deadlines, approvals and sign-offs.
- Supporting A/B testing and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Assisting with campaign performance reporting and sharing actionable insights.
- Maintaining accurate campaign documentation, naming conventions and process trackers.
- Supporting the wider CRM team during busy trading and peak periods.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially minded CRM professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in CRM, email marketing or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to QA.
- Experience with segmentation, personalisation and campaign testing.
- A commercially aware mindset and interest in using data to improve performance.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and proactive under pressure.
- Experience with
Bloomreach Engagement or a similar CRM/email marketing platform would be advantageous.
