A globally recognised luxury fragrance house is on the lookout for a commercially minded Affiliates & Partnerships Manager to join its Digital & Consumer Marketing team. With its headquarters based in London and a strong presence across the UK, US, EU and the Middle East, the brand is known for its distinct storytelling, rich heritage, and innovative scent experiences. As the digital side of the business continues to scale, the team is focused on expanding performance-driven channels—affiliate marketing being a key priority.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to truly own and shape the brand’s global affiliate and partnership strategy. Sitting within the performance and growth function, the role is pivotal in driving both revenue and customer acquisition through smart, creative, and commercially sound partnerships.
The Affiliates & Partnerships Manager will take full responsibility for the programme—from identifying and onboarding new partners to managing relationships, optimising campaigns, and delivering on performance targets. They’ll be expected to work closely with an external affiliate agency, ensuring partner performance is strong and in line with the brand’s premium positioning. This person will have a solid grasp of data and be confident using insights to tweak strategies, forecast revenue, and report back to the wider business.
Collaboration will be key. They’ll work alongside teams across E-commerce, Marketing, PR and Brand to ensure all partnerships are aligned and measurable. There’s also a strong focus on staying innovative—managing a ‘test and learn’ approach, and keeping up with industry shifts and competitor moves to ensure the brand remains one step ahead.
The team is looking for someone who’s already cut their teeth in a similar role—ideally within the fashion, beauty, luxury or DTC space—who understands the nuances of working with premium and high-intent audiences. They’ll bring a blend of creative flair and commercial awareness, with a clear view of how affiliate marketing supports both top-of-funnel brand building and bottom-funnel conversions.
Strong stakeholder management skills are a must, as is the confidence to lead conversations and challenge the norm when needed. This person will be a self-starter, curious by nature, data-driven, and results-focused. Someone who can juggle multiple projects and markets while staying cool under pressure, and who genuinely enjoys building connections both inside and outside of the business.
For someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves being part of a collaborative and ambitious team, and is ready to take real ownership over a growing channel—this is a dream role.
