Position Overview
Weco Hospitality is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This will be a remote position, we are looking for someone with an amazing attitude who is always ready to help customers and wants to grow within the company!

We also believe that our associates are valuable and we all have a responsibility to provide them with the best customer service possible!
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty.
- Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues.
- Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer.
- Participate in the company's social media campaigns
- Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Marketing, Retail, Food Industry, Customer Service, and Sales is a plus, but not required!
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Effective listening skills
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Deadline and results-oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive qualities
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
