Bath and North East Somerset Short Breaks Coordinator
WECIL Children and Youth Services supports Disabled Children and Young People across Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire. We are looking for an organised, motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a BANES Short Breaks Co-Ordinator. The successful candidate will coordinate community-based short breaks for Disabled Children and Young People, including planning staff rotas and timetables, matching staff to 1:1 and 2:1 support packages, coordinating holiday and term-time delivery, arranging cover for staffing changes, maintaining records and working closely with families, social workers and professionals. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys building positive relationships and ensuring high quality services are delivered safely and effectively
