Job Role: Learning Disability Support Worker with sleeps (Latchford)
Service: MG4 Community Support
Hours per week: 1 x 18.5 hours per week with 2 sleeps
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Location: Latchford, Warrington
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support tailored to the needs of residents with learning and physical disabilities, including those with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities).
- Deliver a range of assistance, including personal care, behavioral support, fostering independence and confidence, and nurturing positive relationships through effective communication.
- Contribute to an environment that promotes meaningful connections, independence, and a sense of belonging within a small, close-knit community.
What We\'re Looking For
- Ideally some experience, but previous experience is not essential as all training and qualifications are provided on the job.
