wecare. wales is seeking a Senior Social Worker to lead Looked After Children caseloads within the Through Care (0-14) Team in Wales.
You will apply Signs of Safety, ensure quality assessments, and drive care planning and permanence outcomes for children and families.
You will collaborate with multi-agency partners, support colleagues through coaching, and maintain high standards of practice under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
