About the role:
Mid Powys Home Support is a service covering Llanidloes, Rhayader and Llandrindod Wells. Home Supports aims to support individuals within the local communities to remain living in their homes, maintaining independence while having the reassurance that support is available if needed.
About you:

What you will do:
- Provide care and support to those within the community, which consists of regular welfare calls, signposting, and promoting community involvement and presence.
- Respond to emergency call outs (e.g., falls).
- Work with other services/professionals to ensure individuals have the care and support they require to live the life they want.
- Promote the service within the service area.
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check.
