- Week 1: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- Week 2: 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday & Friday 8am - 1pm

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Health & Safety Inspections & site walk rounds
- Developing and updating toolbox talks, procedures, policies, and safe systems of work
- Leading emergency evacuation drills and COSHH arrangements
- Managing first aid and DSE systems
- Tracking and reporting on H&S KPIs and accident/near miss data
- Completing risk assessments and leading audits for continuous improvement
- Driving improvements in Health & Safety systems
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Health & Safety professional who has:
- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment (ideal but not essential)
- A NEBOSH qualification (minimum)
- Proven experience in a management role within health and safety
- Strong working knowledge of H&S processes
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- The ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- A full UK driving licence
