What You’ll Be Doing Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll take full operational and commercial responsibility for a 40+ person business unit. You’ll: * Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team * Own the P&L and drive sustainable, profitable growth * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency * Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders * Shape culture, performance, and long-term strategy This role offers genuine ownership—you’ll run the business as if it were your own.
