This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven Press Brake Operator/Setter to join HTA Group in Coventry, part of the award-winning WEC Group, one of the UK's leading engineering firms with over 45 years of private ownership and sustained growth. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are keen to develop their skills and grow within a dynamic and expanding engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings
  • Accurately record all job bookings
  • Complete operations within allocated timeframes
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Visually inspect components to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Undertake first-off inspections as needed
  • Adhere to company Health & Safety standards
  • Perform additional duties relevant to the role as required

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Self-motivated and focused
  • Reliable and enthusiastic
  • Able to meet deadlines efficiently and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Basic maths skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Previous experience setting a press brake machine
  • Previous experience operating a press brake machine
  • Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
