Estimating Sales Manager – Fabrication Salary: Up to £50,000 basic (Neg DOE) + Profit Share and Serious Earning Potential on Multi-Million £ Projects. Based: Darwen, Lancashire- Occasional travel to customer sites. Role: You’ll confidently take ownership of complex fabrication enquiries, leading the estimating process and turning opportunities into profitable work. You’ll be at the heart of the commercial process—working closely with customers, suppliers, Sales, and internal teams to develop accurate, competitive estimates and win major projects. You’ll also manage and support a team of 2–3 Estimators, providing guidance, reviewing estimates, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work on time.
