About This Role

As a Senior FP&A Analyst you will have significant freedom and exposure to senior stakeholders. You will own relationships, modelling and budgeting for key parts of the UK business to drive financially sound decision making. You will lead the UK revenue forecasting model, maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, and help lead the wider UK FP&A team. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives affecting the broader business and support project work with the UK CFO and leadership team.

You will be a voice of Finance in the business, providing effective support, problem solving and analytical insight in your area.

What you\’ll do

• Be at the forefront of problem solving and strategic developments within the P&L, balancing short and long-term views
• Own the UK Revenue forecasting model and collaborate with US partners to optimise the forecasting model
• Partner with key stakeholders to produce the annual budget and updated forecasts, communicating risks and opportunities
• Work with senior stakeholders to drive sustainable efficiencies and optimise investments
• Identify and develop process improvements
• Ensure all month-end activity is completed accurately and on time
• Develop the next generation of finance talent within the finance department

What we\’re looking for

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in a technically relevant role and a solid understanding of P&L drivers
• Strong business partnering skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Ability to discuss performance trends, forecasting models and technical assumptions clearly
• Problem solving in grey space with a data-driven approach
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills
• Prior experience with SQL, Python, Onestream or similar tools is a plus

Where and how you\’ll work

This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office. Our hybrid model offers flexible work from office and home. Typical office days are Tuesday to Thursday. Flexible arrangements can be discussed.
