In less than two years, we’ve grown from a pub‑table idea into an eight‑figure business, and we’re on a mission to make WeBuyVintage a brand everyone recognises.

Our New Bury St Edmunds Hub

This role is based at our new Bury St Edmunds Hub, an exciting new location that forms part of WeBuyVintage's continued growth. The Bury St Edmunds Hub has been created to replicate our successful Leeds operation, acting as a regional centre for receiving, photographing, processing and listing the incredible range of jewellery, antiques and collectibles purchased by our Buying team across the South of England.

The Role

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, commercially minded Marketplace Listings Specialist to manage and optimise listings on eBay. You’ll play a key role in turning unique, one‑of‑a‑kind items into compelling online listings that sell. As one of the first members of the team based at this new hub, you'll play an important role in helping establish the site and its culture from day one, while working closely with colleagues across Cambridge and Leeds. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and make a real impact as the business continues to scale.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Creating high‑quality listings for vintage, antique, and jewellery items
  • Writing clear, engaging, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions
  • Researching comparable sales and pricing items accurately
  • Uploading images, item specifics, and managing listing quality
  • Supporting the growth of our online sales channels

You'll be great in this role if you have

  • A natural curiosity for vintage, antiques, or unique items
  • Commercial mindset – you understand what makes items sell
  • A team player who fits a people‑first culture

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage high volumes of listings

  • Experience with eBay, Vinted, Etsy, Shopify, or similar platforms

What You’ll Get

  • 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)
  • Access to Bright Exchange – enjoy thousands of exclusive employee discounts and perks
  • Employee Assistance Programme – confidential, 24/7 support for you and your immediate family, covering work, personal, and home life matters
  • On‑demand professional development – access to BrightHR’s online learning platform to build new skills and support your career progression
