WeBuyVintage is seeking two Regional Managers to lead our field-based Buying teams across the North and South of the UK. You don't need to be an antiques expert; you need exceptional people leadership to drive performance and engagement across a large, dispersed team of Buyers.
Reporting to the Head Buyer, you will stay close to operations, hold regular performance discussions, and collaborate with Regional Leads and the Head of People on training, development and standards.
