You’ll also need to be comfortable getting in front of the camera too.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues to capture subject matter expertise.
  • Produce engaging training content including:

    • Digital learning modules
    • Standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
    • Interactive learning resources
  • Film, photograph and edit content using professional production techniques.
  • Write clear, concise and engaging instructional copy.
  • Ensure all content reflects current business processes and brand standards.
  • Build, maintain and organise the company learning management system (LMS).
  • Regularly review and update training materials as processes evolve.
  • Support new initiatives and operational changes with timely learning content.
  • Design course content and consumption frameworks for our next generation talent pipeline.
  • Track learner engagement and completion data, producing reports and insights to support continuous improvement.

You’ll be great in this role if:

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience creating training strategy, instructional or educational content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Camtasia, Premiere Pro or similar software.
  • An eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to explain complex processes simply.

  • A collaborative approach and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between WeBuyVintage locations.
  • Experience creating e-learning modules using authoring tools.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

What Success Looks Like:

  • High-quality, accurate training content delivered on time.
  • Consistent, engaging learning materials across the business.
  • Improved onboarding and colleague confidence.
  • Strong engagement from operational teams.
  • A continually evolving library of practical, easy-to-use learning resources.
