As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Training Content Producer who enjoys working in the field, capturing best practice, and turning real‑world expertise into engaging learning content.
The Role:
As our Field-Based Training Content Producer, you’ll spend time across our roadshows and operational locations, working alongside experienced colleagues to identify training needs & create company wide strategy (including document, training materials & process for adoption). As part of this, you’ll need to spend time understanding our colleagues and how they learn by observing day-to-day operations. Creating strategy will require capturing video, photography and interviews, and transform complex processes into clear, engaging learning resources. This role combines content creation, instructional design and field collaboration, ensuring our training reflects how work is really done. You’ll also need to be comfortable getting in front-off the camera too.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues to capture subject matter expertise.
- Produce engaging training content including:
- Video tutorials
- Process walkthroughs
- Quick reference guides
- Digital learning modules
- Standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
- Interactive learning resources
- Film, photograph and edit content using professional production techniques.
- Write clear, concise and engaging instructional copy.
- Ensure all content reflects current business processes and brand standards.
- Build, maintain and organise the company learning management system (LMS).
- Regularly review and update training materials as processes evolve.
- Support new initiatives and operational changes with timely learning content.
- Designing course content & consumption frameworks for our next generation talent pipeline.
- Track learner engagement and completion data, producing reports and insights to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Experience creating training strategy, instructional or educational content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong video filming and editing skills.
- Experience using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Camtasia, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- An eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to explain complex processes simply.
- Confidence working independently while managing multiple projects.
- A collaborative approach and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between WeBuyVintage locations.
- Experience creating e-learning modules using authoring tools.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. dependent on experience. This role is based in our Cambridge office 2-3 days a week, and some UK travel may be required.
