The Role
Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for recruitment and delivering an outstanding candidate experience? We're looking for a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring and onboarding processes, helping us attract, engage and retain top talent.
What you will be doing
- Talent Acquisition
- Source high-quality candidates through job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple vacancies.
- Screen applications against role requirements and hiring criteria.
- Proactively identify and engage suitable candidates.
- Monitor job advert performance and suggest improvements to maximise results.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking systems.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment journey.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer.
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide support to hiring managers as needed.
- Onboarding
- Prepare employment contracts and offer documentation.
- Coordinate pre‑employment checks, right‑to‑work verification and new starter paperwork.
- Set up new employees on company systems and HR platforms.
- Work closely with IT and department managers to ensure equipment and system access are ready for day one.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive start for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.
About You
We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering a professional, efficient recruitment experience. You’ll have:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing or recruitment coordination.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
- Experience with recruitment systems, HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
