The predicted salary is between 27100 - 34120 £ per year.
Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

Responsibilities:- Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch; main point of contact for customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Do appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
- Current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience in a target‑driven environment.
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Show ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
