Overview
Hours: Full time/ Permanent – 42.5 hours per week, including weekends.
We are looking for an engaging and dynamic Virtual Training Presenter to deliver high-quality online training sessions from our dedicated studio in Doncaster. While the training itself is delivered virtually to colleagues across the UK, the presenter must be based on-site at our Doncaster studio. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting and upskilling staff, ensuring consistent knowledge and application of our systems and customer service standards.
This role requires a confident and articulate individual with a passion for learning and development in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive live virtual training sessions on a variety of topics related to our business, processes, systems, and customer service.
- Utilise virtual training platforms effectively to create a positive and participative learning experience.
- Present training content clearly, concisely, and enthusiastically, adapting your style to suit different learning needs.
- Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities to reinforce learning.
- Work collaboratively with the Learning and Development team to understand training needs and content.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants as needed.
- Ensure all training materials and the virtual learning environment are well-prepared for each session.
- Keep up-to-date with any changes to company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure training accuracy.
- Potentially contribute to the development and updating of training materials.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in delivering training, ideally in a virtual setting.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with a confident and engaging delivery style.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and related technology.
- Ability to explain information clearly and adapt to different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the automotive industry or customer service is a plus.
