We have over 500 branches and we are opening more sites each month. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.
Responsibilities:
- Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches.
- Be the main point of contact for customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
