About The Role
- Salary: £27,350 (OTE £34,470)
- Bonus: Fantastic Annual bonus based on company performance
- Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
- Model high performance buying cars whilst also supporting the regional manager in driving performance.
- Be the main point of contact for our customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Competently and professionally lead the customer through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling and processing of important documents and processing customer payments.
- Always deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Regional Manager to complete the smooth running of the region and compliance as per the company's procedures.
- Perform Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
- Identify the further support and coaching needs of colleagues and provide constructive, direct feedback and development points when required.
- Report any potential threat to the business to your Divisional Manager.
- Ensure all diaries/rotas are set up as per the company instruction.
- Ensure all purchases are completed as per the company standard.
- Provide temporary cover within other regions in the Division.
- Complete all necessary tasks as set out by HR.
- Assist in the completion of purchases when required.
Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
