Job Details

• Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120) plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £1500 per annum pro-rata.
• Bonus: Monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance.
• Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

Responsibilities

1. Buy cars and ensure the efficient operation of your branch; act as the main point of contact for customers.
2. Contact customers, schedule appointments, and meet targets.
3. Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and provide excellent customer service.
4. Coordinate with back-office and colleagues.

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in target-driven environments.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Good administration and IT skills.
