Remuneration

  • Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
  • Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Working Hours

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off, with weekend work involved.

Position Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals to join our team. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars; we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.

Responsibilities

  • Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch, acting as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
  • Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
  • Work independently in a target‑driven environment.

Requirements

  • A current full UK manual driving licence.
  • Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
  • Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
