Overview

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service and are growing FAST with over 500 branches and ongoing expansion.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars—we will teach you everything you need to know and more.

Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Executive with WBAC, you will primarily work with customers as the main point of contact and help ensure the efficient running of your branch.
  • Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
  • Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with back-office and colleagues to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

  • A current full UK manual driving licence
  • Experience in a target-driven environment
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working)
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
  • Excellent administration and IT skills
