Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Hours: 42.5 per week (5 days on, 2 off – weekends included)

What You\’ll Do: You\’ll be in control of your branch on a daily basis, meeting customers, valuing vehicles, negotiating prices and closing sales. As an independent franchisee, you\’ll take full responsibility for running your site smoothly and will be supported by your wider regional team.

What You\’ll BringEnthusiasm, drive, and a results‐oriented focus. You\’ll already have experience working in a target‐driven environment, a full UK manual driving licence and the desire to provide an outstanding customer experience.
