Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

Responsibilities
- Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch. You are the main point of contact for customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
Requirements
- Current full UK manual driving licence
- Experience in a target-driven environment
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
- Excellent administration and IT skills
