Salary: Up to £34,000 basic depending on performance | Year one OTE £70,000

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. Responsibilities
- Optimise regional purchase objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees within the area.
- Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions; enforce policies and procedures.
You Will
- Manage and motivate Retail Branch Managers across the region to drive performance.
- Participate in daily conference calls.
- Conduct weekly 1-2-1’s with Buyer Development Leaders.
- Do daily branch visits across the region.
- Maintain good working relationships with key contacts and clients.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in a Regional Manager / Area Manager role.
- Excellent at driving high performance through team.
- People management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task.
- Strong levels of numeracy and business acumen.
